The General Manager (“GM”) is responsible to continue to build the Club’s standard for excellence and provide strategic direction while embracing opportunities for new initiatives. The General Manager will carry out the vison and is responsible for the overall operations, leadership and strategic planning of the Club. The hands-on experienced individual is a strong leader, energetic and who is team and member focused, is values driven and has a willingness to take on new challenges while supporting the brand of the Club. This individual will focus on goals and strategies and is responsible for the fiscal integrity of the Club. This position will sit on Board Committees as required.

The Lifeguard/Summer Club Attendant will be a high energy hands-on experienced Lifeguard who enjoys working with children, is team focused and values driven and has a willingness to take on new challenges. This role is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the overall safety and enjoyment of the Osler Summer Club members and guests. Your customer service, safety certifications and organizational skills combined with your high level of attention to detail will be showcased as you help to provide top notch service and safety supervision. You are a person who is friendly, outgoing and will be able to remain calm and professional in all situations.

As part of the Buildings and Operations Support this role is responsible for the day-to-day lodge and facilities operations which would include upkeep, small repairs, maintenance, cleaning, snow removal/sanding and ensuring the lodge(s) are secure. Facilitate set-up and smooth efficient operation of in-house social/special events in all seasons. Must be flexible with work hours to accommodate events such as early morning snow removal during the Winter and occasional evening special events. This role has a customer service focus towards members and guests. There may be times when this role will need to support Operations and will receive this direction from the Operations Manager.


This is an exciting role which will be hands-on and will be responsible for all aspects of Snowmaking in the winter season Duties also involve assisting in other areas of the Operations and other department as required.
As a key member of the Operations team, you will work cohesively with the team and will assist other areas as needed. You will also be highly motivated, self-starter and solution oriented.
This role is 40 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the business. During the ski season (December to mid-April), more hours may be required and the schedule will be based on weather and the ability to make snow. This will include working days, evenings and nights when optimal temperatures provide for the best snow making. This will include 12 hour shifts and working holidays and weekends. In the summer season the schedule will primarily be 38 hours per week. Schedules can be changed based on the needs of the business.
You will be a member of the Health and Safety Committee and attend scheduled meetings.
