Snowmaking Supervisor and Operations
This is a full time, year round role, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be hands-on and responsible for all aspects of Snowmaking in the winter season. Duties also involve assisting in other areas of the Operations and other departments as required.

As a key member of the Operations team, you will work cohesively with the team and will assist other areas as needed. You will also be highly motivated, self-starter and solution oriented.

This role is 40 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the business. During the ski season (December to mid-April), more hours may be required and the schedule will be based on weather and the ability to make snow. This will include working days, evenings and nights when optimal temperatures provide for the best snow making. This will include 12 hour shifts and working holidays and weekends. In the summer season the schedule will primarily be 38 hours per week. Schedules can be changed based on the needs of the business.

Hill Marshall and Operations

We're looking for a team player who will report to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the safety of the Club’s trails and terrain, for enforcing the Club’s skiing/boarding policies, practices and the Alpine Responsibility Code. The Hill Marshall will be responsible for risk mitigation will be the coordinator for on-hill special events and support lift evacuation and emergency incident. This individual will be the main contact for on-hill safety concerns and has the authority to call for assistance, maintenance and in partnership with management, to direct Club employees as necessary.

This is a full time, year round role and is part of the Operations team and will be expected to work with and support the team as required.

Days of work will change depending on the season. Must be available weekends and holidays during the ski season.

Terrain Park - Seasonal 
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals with great customer services skills to fill openings for the club’s Terrain Park (Part Time & Full Time Seasonal) for the 2021/22 ski Season. Are you looking to work in a fun, high-energy, outdoor environment? All individuals must be available for weekends and holidays and be an strong skier or snowboarder.


Lift Operators - Seasonal 

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic, dependable individuals with great customer service skill to fill the positions of Lift Operator. These are day shifts only.

You will warmly greet our members and guests while ensuring their safety on the lifts.

No experience necessary. We will train.
