SUMMER CLUB SUPERVISOR

The Summer Club Supervisor will be a high energy hands-on experienced individual who enjoys interacting with children, is team focused and values driven and has a willingness to take on new challenges. This individual should feel comfortable addressing groups of people and members, and also able to make decisions under pressure. This role is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the overall enjoyment and safety of the Osler Summer Club members and guests. Your customer service, safety certifications and organizational skills combined with your high level of attention to detail will be showcased as you help to provide top notch service and safety supervision. You are a person who is friendly, outgoing and will be able to remain calm and professional in all situations. This role will delegate tasks, plan activities, educate campers about health and safety and improve the overall camp experience.

 

LIFEGUARD/SUMMER CLUB ATTENDANT

The Lifeguard/Summer Club Attendant will be a high energy hands-on experienced Lifeguard who enjoys working with children, is team focused and values driven and has a willingness to take on new challenges. This role is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the overall safety and enjoyment of the Osler Summer Club members and guests. Your customer service, safety certifications and organizational skills combined with your high level of attention to detail will be showcased as you help to provide top notch service and safety supervision. You are a person who is friendly, outgoing and will be able to remain calm and professional in all situations.


BUILDINGS AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT
As part of the Buildings and Operations Support this role is responsible for the day-to-day lodge and facilities operations which would include upkeep, maintenance, cleaning, snow removal/sanding and security of lodge(s). Facilitate set-up and smooth efficient operation of in-house social/special events in all seasons. Must be flexible with work hours to accommodate events such as early morning snow removal during the Winter and occasional evening special events. This role has a customer service focus towards members and guests. There may be times when this role will need to support Operations and will receive this direction from the Operations Manager.
